Rajib Islam Bangladesh,

The first two days it was just getting used to with the Swiss systems. Then I got introduced with the people working for SNYC and their activities here. Me along with Kate (from Peru) doing the traineeship here and we are now staying in Bern. We went to Zurich twice to attend programs of Amnesty International and Battle of Ideas. We also travelled a little around the city. But it was unfortunate not to find out the lake in Zurich. We walked for a long time to the wrong direction. Better luck next time I wish.
We went to Lausanne also where we had introduction with GLAJ-VD and the small wing of SNYC. There we also travelled a little around the city. This time we did no mistake to find out the beautiful lake of Lausanne. I have so far met so many people here in Switzerland and had some interesting chat with them in different issues. Sometimes it is difficult to remember all the names. But I liked the way they think to working for others. I think the Swiss people share a little bit individualistic culture in comparison to the people of Bangladesh; but I must say that they are very helpful. So far it has been a nice experience in Switzerland.
